🚚 Shipping & Delivery
How quickly are orders dispatched?
Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours. If there is any delay, we will contact you to keep you updated. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.
How long does delivery take?
We ship all orders via Courier Post. Delivery typically takes 2–4 working days, depending on your location.
Rural Delivery
Rural deliveries may take an additional 1–2 working days, as they are handled by third-party carriers.
❌ Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible and include your order number. Please note that once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Change of Mind
Please choose your products carefully. We do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect selection.
Damaged or Faulty Items
We ensure all items are securely packed before dispatch. If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately and retain the product and original packaging.Where required, damaged items may need to be returned. Approved replacements will be sent at no additional cost.
Lost in Transit
If your parcel has not arrived within 5 days of receiving your tracking number, please notify us and we will investigate.
Once the courier confirms delivery to your nominated address, we cannot accept responsibility for missing parcels.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 working days and returned to the original payment method.
Delivery charges are non-refundable.
